Cobot Palletizing Workstation - EasyPal 21L
EasyPal21L is a no-code, no-programming cobot palletizing solution that is simple to install, start-up and use. The accompanying free software is very easy to use. It only takes 10 minutes to create a new routine once familiar with the system. Just enter your pallet and product measurements, your wishes on cardboard liner, orientation, pattern and palletizing style; and you are good to go.

EasyPal has many functionalities that make it a uniquely safe solution to implement. Safety features such as torque force sensors in every robot joint, virtual barriers, safety zones and collaborative mode keep your mind at peace and ensure you are compliant with current ISO-regulations and CE-marking for your application. This model is equipped with a Rokae Cobot CR25-5 and a lift, which enables the robot to palletize a total weight of 25 kg (Gripper + object) at a max height of 2250 mm. With a standard ~3 kg gripper, you can palletize 21 kg with this cobot configuration. It can palletize higher than the EasyPal 21 which has no lift installed.
