VB2000 Series Vision Box
VB2000 vision controller is a central processing device for integrated control
and processing of machine vision, provides comprehensive interfaces for
machine vision system control and data transaction which is also adoptable for
normal vision system components.
Compact and Easy Set-up
With only a palm-size, VB2200 Series vision controller offers new options for PC-Base system processing, which can fit in compact production line. Besides, VB2200 provides mounting brackets for easy installation on production rails.
Highly integrated, Rich interfaces
The VB2000 series integrates all the functions within a compact machine size. Equipped with network port, USB 3.0, light source interface, IO interface and etc. VB2000 can carry out a variety of control operations on the interfaces through corresponding API.

VC2000 series vision controller
VC2000 series vision controller is equipped with Intel high-performance processing chip and
rich data acquisition and control interfaces, including gigabit network port, IO, light source,
serial port, etc; The whole machine is compact in structure and excellent in performance,
providing a complete solution for simple visual applications of multiple cameras.
Rich interface and simple application
VC2000 has 4-way gigabit network port, 1-way serial port, 8-in-8-out GPIO, 4-way light source control and other interfaces. It supports the user to control the interface freely (demo / SDK and other methods), and better meets the needs of visual inspection.
Compact and convenient installation

Its thickness is equal to that of only two books, which requires less installation space. Its modular design is conducive for any combination of up to 3 accessory modules, to fulfill the data transmission and control of the vision system.

It can be installed in 3 different methods, so as to meet complex space constraints on site. In addition to the compact design, the power consumption and heat dissipation are also taken into account, so as to ensure high performance.
