It comes in several versions and is the perfect solution for various automation tasks. VISOR® Robotics, designed with integrated and standardized user interfaces, can easily be incorporated into existing installations and systems; and thanks to various calibration methods and flexible data structures, it is suitable for a multitude of procedures.

Visor® Code Reader


Sensopart's VISOR® Code Reader can easily read various types of barcodes as well as printed and directly marked Datamatrix codes in accordance with the EEC 200 Standard, regardless of the type of carrier materials (metal, plastic, paper, glass).

The sensor can even decode skewed and distorted codes, or codes on convex, reflective, or transparent surfaces.

Code Reader evaluates the quality of your printed and directly marked Datamatrix codes based on standardized quality parameters in accordance with ISO and AIM.

Visor® Object


VISOR® Object 

At times, objects may appear in unexpected positions and have complex shapes and details. Classic sensors for object presence would be completely overwhelmed by this type of detection task."

VISOR Object always maintains its overview. It detects defective parts, parts placed incorrectly, incorrect orientation, wrong sequence, or a combination of them all—in just a split second. Its extensive calibration features range from simple factor scaling to image and lens distortion correction with just a click of the mouse. With its high and precise detection of position and orientation, Sensopart VISOR® is one of the best on the market.

Various detectors are available for inspection tasks and evaluations: pattern matching, contour detection, caliper, BLOB, brightness, grayscale, and contrast detection. Position tracking offers reliable detection of features that do not consistently appear in the originally learned position.

All evaluations are done relative to the current part's position and orientation, without requiring them to be defined for every possible position for each individual feature.

  • Advanced: Supplementary comprehensive preprocessing filters and improved position tracking for position control and completeness. Optional result calculations and complete tool palettes for your color application.

Visor® Allround


"VISOR® Allround is the latest addition to the VISOR® Family and is a true multitasker. In the new Allround version, the device combines the functions of the Object Sensor (calibration, pattern matching, contours, caliper, BLOB) with the powerful tools of the Code Reader (barcodes, datamatrix, and Optical Character Recognition). For example, this means that multiple datamatrix codes can be read in component positioning or when parts on the assembly line need to be handled. With a resolution of up to 5 megapixels, even the smallest details can be reliably captured and evaluated."

VISOR® Allround is available in both monochrome and color versions with up to 5 megapixels. Additional detectors are therefore available for color evaluation. Even the smallest shading nuances can be measured reliably. The relevant object colors, for example, can be easily learned through the push of a button or - thanks to the intuitive color histogram - graphically placed for each channel in the color range. Authorized color tolerances can be defined by the user.
